Hydraulic lift tables - Safetech
Hydraulic lift tables are offered with an extensive range of capacities, features and options to provide the factory and warehouse with lifting and work positioning. Safetech hydraulic lift tables have been manufactured in Australia for over 20 years and include many features that are exclusive to Safetech.
SMARTLIFT controls are supplied as standard on all hydraulic lift tables. Unique to Safetech they provide automatic down-indexing, electronic diagnostics and enhanced safety features. Designed for safety, Smartlift scissor lifts tables meet or exceed all industry standards.

Safetech - Ultra low profile Lo Lift (no pit required)

With a capacity of 1000Kgs and a low height of just 40mm, the Lo Lift can be used in applications where wheeled access onto the lift deck is essential or with high pallet loads. Users can roll onto the floor and exit out the opposite side after the lift table has been raised or lowered.

Descent protection: All Lo Lifts include side safety bars mounted to the base and photo eye(s) mounted with access ramp(s). Tables withour rear descent protection are required to be mounted in front of wall, approximately 12mm clearance. Wall surface to be flat (<4mm steps) and smooth

All MarcoLift standard lift tables are manufactured with high quality components to enhance reliability, durablility and safety in operation

Compact hydraulic power unit with transparent tank for easy oil level checking. The hydraulic unit is as standard provided with an overflow valve. Suction and return filters are built into the tank to minimise noise. The unit is IP65 with the motor IP55, splash and drip proof

The square steel structure profile of the scissor arms gives superior lateral stability. Long bearings at all moving parts reduces bearing load; this, together with grease nipples for all pivot points and anodised pins, gives extended equipment life

Precision machined scissor arm pivot centres and machined profiled arms ensure smooth performance and geometrical motion accuracy

Aluminium profiled safety frame to reduce the risk of entrapment

Cylinders are provided with cushioning to give pump free closing. Each cylinder is fitted with a hose burst valve to ensure immediate stop in the event of pipe or hose rupture
